German EBAY - DHL shipping label
 

A buyer opened a case that he haven't received the item. So I sent him a new by DHL and sent him the tracking number. Today the buyer contacted me again and I can't track it on www.dhl.de at all. Then I found most parcels by DHL have no tracking information on website, but until now it seems most buyers have received the parcels.

I bought the shipping label from EBAY system straight away. So my question: Does anyone know what's wrong with it? Is EBAY DHL shipping label reliable?

Did you try to track it in other website for tracking parcels ?

Try tracking using this link: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html

Alternatively give DHL a call, and demand an explanation. Since the tracking doesn't work, you need to side with the buyer here until you can prove otherwise.

Also suggest try another tracking site. Give yourself more choices.
