PayPal - Netherlands closed my account with €1.3K
 

Guys, I am in need of your expertise.

Have an account where I received some payments on, they asked me for Verification. I uploaded the documents and all was well

Two months after that I started to sell some products on eBay and all of a sudden they limited my account once again asking for the same info. I called and they said they just needed invoices and tracking -> I told them I only had tracking since I buy the items second-hand from websites like GumTree, Craigslist, have spoken to around 10 different people from PayPal in the last week and a half and they all said that it was going to be solved.

All of a sudden I received this e-mail yesterday:
For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

I send out every product nicely and messaged the tracking to the buyer and include it to paypal and ebay.

WHAT DO I DO?

If you have the option you can appeal

Its more than likely though I am afraid that you will need to start again

Welcome to the forum. That sux man, we've all been there. Study the forums about how to start over with paypal, read the stealth bible and make a new paypal account. It's not rocket science. The $$ in the old account will be released after 180 days to your bank account - which sux. For the next account take it slow, start slow and DON'T EVER leave that much $$ in the account.

this exactly happens to me. this week. previous week i received a usage treshold notification telling that i have to verfiy my identitly and address. so i uploaded documents and withing 12 hours i recieved a email telling that review is complete and thanking me for helping to complete the verification. after 2 days i recieved a payment and then my account got limited asking again photo id and invoices and tracking number of a specific transaction. i uploaded all of them and bam! next day i woke up and logged in to email and paypal has sent me a message telling that "paypal appeal denied" . and the same above message body. i called paypal and they don't give a fair reason for the limitation. only they tell is paypal no longer like to have buisness with me and please find another payment processor site... i was so honest and doing buisness well but **** happens always for good people. :bored:

i think you have done to much income in schort time or some not recived dispute. i have had some times simmilar problem.

Sorry to hear that.

You will need to start from scratch, make a few accounts this time. Hope you're not homeless anymore!
