I have a paypal open from china
its mobile verified ... now i want to add VCC
But most of the VCC didnt support china when i try to put my china address
Anyone know which VCC site give china address VCC
or any VCC that can verify that china paypal account
Also which VBA can be added to that account

I am here. You dont need VBA, simply a VCC can fully verify a China pp. I found most of the VCCs supporting China pp.
