A question - Using a stealth PayPal & eBay on Google VPS

Is that safe? when I check on "what is my ip" It's shows that my ISP is google, the IP is unique? It is safe to use on stealth account? It's shows I'm located in US, but the question if it's unique IP? someone knows please?

Its the IP itself you want to find

You then need to make sure that its not a cheap reused IP
