DNS leaking issue
 

Hello.
I buy a vpn and there is a problem with dns leaking. I change to google dns, for IP FRESH US is ok but for ALBANIA FRESH IP DNS doesnt change and appear the same as my old. My ip is Albania and dns is Belgium as my old one.
I dont want to link to my limited accounts before but support tell me for eBay & Paypal does not checking for dns leaks anyways.
What is your suggestion please, because actually i start selling but strange things happen with ebay, doesnt appear selling limit monthly?!!

From the top of my head, I think Google DNS is located in Belgium.

Either way, you can copy/paste the IP into https://db-ip.com and see if it says Google. If it does, then your DNS servers have been setup correctly.

You can do the same with another device without VPN/Google DNS to see what results you get - for comparison.

Google has many DNS servers around the globe. The one closest to you is used based on your geological location.

It's a better idea to flush your DNS cache if you're switching to a VPN in another country. Assuming you're using windows, simply type "ipconfig /flushdns" in command prompt and you're fine.
