German PP restored after PP asking for the VCC bank statement

Of course I didn't upload the VCC statement, but lucky that my VCC was issued from UK. (My british VCC can verify most countires PAYPAP and EBAY )

So I did upload a bank letter from Natwest (I have bank accounts with Natwest) and PS it and write the personal statement that explaining why I can't offer the bank statement. Then uploaded the british bank card (front side) as well.

Just after 2 hours, the account was restored.
