Ebay and PayPal UK, DE, FR, IT
Hello, i was wonderring if i can open stealth ebay and paypal accounts in theese countries and verify my paypal and ebay with a bank stated in lithuania? Or a VCC is enough for it, also how can i withdraw fund from stealth accounts in EU,
Payoneed Entropay or whichever other card that i could withdraw in ATM`s. |

Well let's not mix up Ebay and Paypal
But as for Paypal
You cannot verify UK Paypal with a EU bank(last time I checked)
The others you can
You will need a bank account to withdraw from FR and DE, but a card is ok with Italy |

What about unverified account limits from .uk .de .fr can i exchange funds to skrill by sending them to someone who exchanges? And wont it red flag my account if i verify .de paypal with lithuanian bank account? |

uk paypal to uk ebay, de paypal to de ebay, de paypal to de bankaccount uk paypal to uk bankaccount. if they ask for bankstatment what you will send? lithuania bankstatment? |

| If your only way of getting the cash out of your account is by sending to someone else then you will will get limited before long, perhaps after 3rd or 4th payment
If Paypal allows you to withdraw to a Lit bank then there is no red flag, there are plenty of reasons a customer would legitimately use a bank from another country |

I need help - I need buy VCC. But I need VCC for verifing my stealth paypal in Europe (not UK). Is possible buy VCC from UK sellers for verified stealth paypal ( address Slovakia or Czech republic )
