Paypal limited suspended- How to create a new one ?
 

Dear,

I'm living in Europe and for no reasons I received from PP, a message that will suspended after the period of 180 days.

I plan to open a new PP and I need some advises with my name

I know that I need to change some letters from my name and the physical address, put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one.

Also, a cardholder and a CC, I already got it.

Could I still use my usual 'shipping address' from my suspended PP and Ebay(this last one is not limited for now).

Do I need a VPN or a Proxy ?

I know about cookies and flash cookies, cache from web browser that need to clean.
