Is it possible to make high limit EU (Slovakia based) eBay account for my exist verified business paypal account?

I need it for fast start on ebay.

My friend has own pp and ebay account.
Has 40k selling limit only, after one year of selling. no calls were made to make limit higher.

They will usually bump up either your item limit or your dollar limit or both by 50% each time you call in as long as your account is doing well, and you can call in every 30 days for an increase.

Calling in for limit increases is a good option.

Fast start regardless of the selling limits is not advised here, it's recommended to start slow and build your way up.

Calling them is the solution for higher limits if you're new , they will probably raise it to higher limits .

It's possible, But a fast start is never a good idea. You will almost always encounter issues...

they will raise your selling limits but not directly to such numbers , i suggest that you use every limit and then giving them a call before you reach it , but make sure to sell functional items so you have a clean profile .
