Does paypal in any country allow withdraw to MasterCard?

Yes. Unless something major has happened recently. There is a list on PayPal itself outlining which countries could withdraw to what. Last time I checked it there was the option to withdraw to mastercard in a few countries

As I figure out Italy paypal can withdraw to mastercard. What other countries?

As of late 2017 USA accounts can withdraw to certain MC/Visa debit cards

Paypal site has list of these countries - also you can google. Why not research?

The list provided show that there are many countries where you can withdraw to a Mastercard, the reality is very different

You know when a card is elligble for withdrawal on an account when you add the card and confirm it, then it says "Elligble for withdrawals" or words to that effect.

I recently tried with a Slovakia account and it did not work, would be interested to hear from other members if there are any other countries apart from Italy that work with MC. After all, for me at least, it's easier to source MC than VISA

Certain EU paypal platforms allow withdraw to Visa/Mastercard

Israel is one example

When I last talked to PayPal, they were telling that they still don't support withdraw to Mastercard, only to Visa.

For some countries that will be true although even when your allowed to it’s actually very hit and miss

You can withdraw to mastercard from Italy paypal account. But i'm talking about real Italy mastercard BIN not VCC.

The card withdrawal regions include: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia and Slovenia.

This is for Visa withdraw, I know Italy can do MC, and I think Lux can as well

If the PayPal platform allows withdraw to VCC, you have to see if they allow withdraw to MC

With payoneer, the names have to match for withdraw to bank, so I imagine names have to match for withdraw to payoneer MC

Pls where online financial institutions get it from thou i have have debit card from Bulgaria which cant be link with my paypal.

as i can see , lots of countries have this option , previously it was only available for visa cards , but now paypal accepts mcs

They just recently let us in USA start withdrawing to cards, so I wouldn't be surprised if they've started rolling out the same feature for UK users. Paypal is really pushing card withdrawals in USA because it gives them an opportunity to profit on withdrawals rather than taking a slight loss as they do with traditional bank withdrawals.
