Can HK bank account be added to US PayPal acc for withdrawal?
 

My eBay acc got suspended recently, so I want to buy a stealth US eBay+PayPal account here. But I am from Hong Kong, I have bank account in HK.
Can I add this hk bank account to US PayPal? If cannot, what method can I use for withdraw money? Thanks!!

You'd better ask guidance to the seller of the account.

He will assist you better than anyone else.

US Paypal won't take HK bank - ask your bank if they have branches in the US and open a US-based bank account....one idea? (Works if you have HSBC)

As mentioned above only US based bank accounts can be added to a US paypal account. And that is pretty much the only 'safe' way to cashout your account.
As rsot mentioned HSBC are known to operate worldwide and I know of at least two people I dealt with who used their services to gain access to US based bank accounts (with the 9 digit routing number).
Give that a try and see what they say.

OP is considering buying the US account. He has not done so yet and is actually doing as you said and researching his options.

If your hk account in usd then you can use it on PayPal if not then you can't best option for you to open transfer wise account they will give you usd account no and works well on PayPal

Bitcoin is really hit and miss - your account could get limited if PP suspects something is up
