Hi,

Is there any common result when tracking says "processed by US customs" but the status does not update? It's been 5 days now. ISC NY is the sorting facility.

you must call the post to check , i don't live in the us , but as i know , sometimes the customs hold the shipments for additional needed info or documents , so you'll definitely need to check directly with the post office

What does the shipping company say is going on? They have better data than you do.

If this is EMS, wait it out a little longer. It's not contraband is it?
There are also times they just show up by local post office.
