Will this work in the UK eBay and Paypal?
 

So I've finally registered a new account under Stealth... Just wondered if this would work? For my address in the UK I have put it down as another address that I own (rental property). Me and the tenant get on well and she is happy to collect mail and parcels etc.

Just wondered if there is a flaw with it where either eBay or Paypal could say access Land Registry etc to check?

like you said it is a rental. Ebay is not that paranoid they try to figure out who owns buildings and who they rent to.

Ebay/PayPal won't care or check anything.

If you receive returns you will need your ID to match the return address, or royal mail sorting office may not release the item to you. Just a thought to consider.

Thanks for that... Just out of interest but do you think a Tenancy Agreement would be ok if I ever need to prove address?

You have access to the address and it's legit address, sounds good to me. And it's good you have permission with the tenant for it's access. I don't see any problem with that.

Tenant is ok with it so you wont have any problems. From my experience your local sorting office will even send out a parcel with postie again the next day if you are not in. They don't like parcels building up at their end too. With signed for deliveries you can request it to be re-delivered online.

Worst case scenario get your tenant to go collect it if sorting office is not far. Then just give tenant something for Christmas as a thank you.

Can't see that happening, Unless the tenant is a close friend.

I hate having to go for my own parcels, there's ways a 30 minute queue...
