Two Questions
 
is it safe to use one stealth paypal account to receive payments only over two stealth ebay accounts if using two different emails or should i just buy another paypal?

is it safe to use my real address on ebay shutl for parcel collection on my stealth accounts?

Question 1: No it is not safe, don't do it. Always use one paypal with one ebay. Don't mix up anything, keep them strictly separated. Don't use the same IPÜ or PC user on both accounts.

Question 2: No it is not safe and will get your account(s) suspended!
