Paypal asking to verify invoice and business information (eBay seller)
 

Hello,

i sell on eBay from Bangladesh, i use italian ip and italian paypal account which is original bank verified, original address and phone number verified, plus passport verfied. i sell windows and malwarebytes license keys in ebay. suddenly today paypal has limited my account and asking for invoice as a prof that i have stock and asking to verify my business.

Please help how to verify these two? i do not have any invoice , and i do not have any business information either.

i have a known store in italy, if they can give an invoice will paypal accept it?

Paypal can actually see the items you have sold on ebay. If you have had no returns you can get away with calling them and telling them you have nothing that requires and invoice. Or you can create an invoice as if you paid for the service and are a 3rd party.

In order to get your account back, you need to provide them what they asked for.
As for invoices, you can create or pay a friend/freelancer to make them for you.

For business, are they asking for documents or just some informations about your business?

I highly doubt anyone who is successful (which is hard to do) will just tell you how to do this.

Besides, most of these "licenses" are unlicensed and fraud - selling those are illegal....
