Can't withdraw to Visa Eu paypal
 

Tried to withdraw to my regular visa and it just returns me to home page.
Never happened before.

Is this something new?

Probably a glitch. Can you wait it out for half to one day and see if you can try again then?

If not, try withdrawing to bank account

It seems the layout on pp is different. I can even reach to the "withdraw to this card".
It only gives this option "money out" add bank.

Using those cards to withdraw to has been a little bit inconsistent from what I found.

I personally like using banks to withdraw and it's worked for me for a long time.

I'm not sure, but I heard that PayPal now requesting to have a bank account attached before you can withdraw to card.

I didn't use card withdrawal for a while, so this needs to be confirmed by others who still using card withdrawals.

Can't you attach a bank account and see? or maybe just use the bank account for your withdrawals!?

No problem with card withdrawals from two PP accounts in my country yesterday.

Correct, of course. That's why I asked the OP in which country is PayPal causing withdraw troubles.

It turn out it was a glitch. The new layout is buggy i guess.

Good to hear - sometimes have to be patient with these glitches; can take a bit of time to fix/disappear
