USA ebay from UK

Apologies if this has been already asked.
Is it possible to run a USA ebay and paypal from the UK?

It would not be my only ebay/paypal as i have stealth UK ones.
Reasons are that the product sells well from USA and also to spread sales.

My concerns are withdrawing funds. Is it safe to simply send the paypal funds to my other paypal accounts or can i get usa bank and send money to uk accounts etc?

I don't think you can open bank account in USA if you are not living there.

If you go into HSBC in the UK they can sometimes help you open a US bank account

There are a few banks in the US that also have branches here in the UK that you can talk to

Or, you can exchange your USA stealth-paypal funds to bitcoins at localbitcoins.com, then you can less bitcoins for UK national bank transfer also there

It's never really safe to transfer from one PP to another, they usually suspend people for that.
