Stealth Ebay account

Hi, I have a totally legit ebay seller account, I have 200 items limit which I barely get sales per day.
I want to purchase a stealth account but I have zero knowledge in IP adresses and how to bypass all the elaborate ebay tracking systems, I also live in Israel and not in the US.
