paypal limit

i have limit PayPal and they ask for proof of delivery and invoice supplier can i dot this ⊗⊗⊗⊗ as i sell digital goods or what are anyone faces this problem before or not ?? i can send supplier invoice that i buy other things are that may work or not ??

Paypal is notorious for hating on digital goods seller. You can send all you like - it may or may not work out, sadly.

Had the same problem, i created invoices just by myself, just google for HTML receipts templates and edit it throught devkit, after that make a screenshot and send it to PP, with proof of delivery make a screenshots with sended mails or other way how you deliver your digital goods
