Advice please, recommended stealth pp+ebay for dropshipping on ebay usa?

im already an established seller on ebay so i know my stuff but i want to expand with stealth.
which one should be best use for selling only on ebay usa ?
i saw there are uk paypal and canadian paypal and of course usa paypal which to my understanding is a problem since it requires SSN.
please advise.
