PAYPAL EU: You can add bank accounts from other EU coutries?
 

But the true wass when I added Dutch bank account into German PAYPAL account, PAYPAL asked me to upload documents and later limited the account.


So why PAYPAL misleading us? Or the PAYPAL guys don't know their policy?

I have multi Dutch bank accounts and limited German bank accounts. So above way not working, then I sell items on German Ebay accounts and put DUTCH PAYPAL to receive money. Dutch PAYPAL works fine until 1800 receiving limits. When you upload the files, PAYPAL limits the PAYPAL account again (Have tested for accounts and I don't think all the documents have problems athrough they are PSed doc.)

So my next move: Looking for a German bank with multi accounts? Any ideas?

Yes, European PAYPAL misleading us. Germany EBAY - Germany PAYPAL, UK ebay- UK PAYPAL..., you can messed up!

I have accounts which use UK ebay and different Paypal Country .. but the same names, same phones and email .. and not have problems ..

lifting receiving limits without any problems?

I was selling items on German EBAY account and linked UK PAYPAL, works well until failed to lift receiving lifts.

I also tested 5 GERMAN paypal accounts , and added UK bank accounts into my German PAYPAL, PAYPAL asked me to upload documents immediately.

I used the same name, email as well. But phone number not verified. How do you use same phone number into your PAYPAL? Add a the phone number from another country?

Paypal Germany asks for proof of bank ownership.

Every country is different and has its own nuances.

The phone number which add in paypal, set the same number in ebay.
I set different country phone number in ebay .. I not have problems..

I added my UK real bank accounts, thought could be more solid. PAYPAL said it is ok to add bank account from other European countires, but the true was not working.

I mean if you add German number into your German ebay, receive PIN and verified.

But if you use the same number (DE number) into your UK PAYPAL, how could you receive the PIN to verify your PAYPAL number?

Yes, it is annoying for DE PAYPAL to ask for proof of bank statement for every new DE PAYPAL account now.

like 3/10 accounts can pass. Very low !

Once you created the PAYPAL account (even no bank account or credit card be added), PAYPAL still asks you to upload the bank statement.

If you have German ebay and Uk paypal, you need to set uk phone number in paypal to verify your account, after that set Uk paypal phone number in your germany ebay ..

I have tested it now, paypal account will be limited immediately after adding a bank account different from the country of paypal.

I think paypal has been changed the policy recently, because few months before, there is no problem adding any EU bank account to any EU paypal account. there should be a abusing the system so paypal change it now........

you mean if verify the UK paypal account by mobile phone number, then you can add Germany bank account to UK paypal account without limitation?

I will test it soon and feedback later.

Last time was Oct. 2018. I added another bank account from another european country (have tested times), limited within second.

I have used 2 non-EU card adding to EU paypal, but it will limited immediately, if adding to other country of paypal, no problem

there is no hope so, it seems paypal change the policy by adding different EU bank account to any EU paypal,

there is no problem of NL and LV country by adding germany bank account before. but now it changed.
