Can't be added French bank account to DE PAYPAL anymore?
 

Last year, I have tried to add my French bank account to my German PAYPAL, all limited immediately and blocked later after upload documents.

"You can link a bank account from these countries." This is the statement from European PAYPAL account and we know that PAYPAL misleads us.

But I want to test again. You know it is the year of 2019.

Now what? I even can't add my French bank account. The error message "Please check your information and try again." Yesterday received this message and just mins ago one more time again, the same message.

So in 2019, you don't even have the option to add bank account from other European countries?

(BTW, the IBAN from this French bank can be added in stealth French PAYPAL)

Any experience?

Why PayPal misleading us with option to add a bank account from many different countries ? What is the point.

Here they are offering 30 SEPA countries

SEPA Bank Account from France can work on German, local can't, not misleading at all.

You can add French bank account into German PAYPAL account, but PAYPAL asks you to upload the documents immediately. Then block you.

What bank?
