Buying some things on Ebay with stealth PP Account
 

Hello everybody,

I have been reading and reading more and more.
But one thing I did not figure out.

I want to create a PP Stealth account and want to buy with it on ebay.
I only want to buy digital goods, so my address should not matter.

They way I want to do this is:
Get a Fresh German IP from IPBurger
Buy a vcc to create my PP account.

Do I need a special German vcc or can I use every one?

Do these steps be enough, to buy digital goods on ebay?
Or do I have to add a VBA?

I do not want to add my real bank account, because it is already blacklisted on PP.

Please tell me, what else I would have to do for buying digital goods from eBay, without having to pay for them.

Is it possible or do I need to buy a balanced PP Account to do this? These got very expensive the last years.

A few years ago I could buy balanced PP Accounts including phone number, email adress, password for email adress and answers to the security questions for a few bucks. For example 1000USD balance for 50€ with all this information included I have written above.

Today such an account would cost 300 USD or even more.

Please tell me, what I shall do, to buy digital goods on ebay without having to pay them.

I really hope that someone reads this and gives me an answer.
