completely confused need assistance
 

I am very glad that I found this forum in the hope that I can do something with it.
I am from Serbia and I want to start selling but a couple of guys told me I can't trade with us account because I don't have ssn.
I am also confused when and should I use VPN services.
my questions are should I buy UK stealth account or EU account?
I really don't want to buy stealth book and don't find is there anything for international sellers there?
if somebody can help me with all of this information because I don't want to start and finished too early

Yes, that's true that you can't use the US Paypal account without a bank attached to it, and you need to confirm your SSN.
You can use UK, EU accounts instead.

@OP, you should stick with UK or EU accounts and go from there.

Even if you don't buy the stealth book, you can get a lot of info from reading around here.

do you recommend me to buy the book instead?
Is it going to be easier for me to start with the book?
Because I don't know what is covered in the book?
