Question About Virtual credit card
 
If my Paypal and ebay are from another country, and i link Vcc from another country to my paypal acc when i link my paypal to ebay for list a item for selling, will i get limited ?

VCC Must be Isused in the same country as Paypal and ebay ???

No, as long as the VCC hasn't been blacklisted, you can use a VCC from anywhere on any account, if it's not a US VCC (which only work on US accounts these days).

Any VCC will work apart from cards issues in the Philippines currently.

Try to avoid the ones that are flagged as “Prepaid” if possible
