getting harder to create new German EBAY account?
 

Before it was pretty easier to create new stealth accounts.

But now mostly new accounts created were limited at the beginning.


Did I do something wrong?

New information, new IP (24vc VPN or on/off route home IP), new bank account, cookies clearly or new user account.


Only one problem I can imagine is the the name I ⊗⊗⊗⊗d. While was asked to upload documents, I PS the ID. Sometimes passed, sometimes NOT. Random, no clue how EBAY value it.

My question : Does EBAY can check the ID or person(name+birthday) valid?

Good idea.The problem is that Ebay limited my account within 2 days normally.New account created, then limisted soon. Confused!
