How to apply for VAT in Germany
 
Does anyone know how can i apply for VAT in germany, being from a non EU country?

If your business address isn't in germany and you don't ship from germany there is no VAT obligation for you.

not the business address, it is the item location if located in Germany, you will be asked VAT certification, and it is only applicable for business account, not for private account
