eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Does someone know if these services like N26 or bunq who give you an IBAN are detected by PayPal as virtual bank accounts and get you suspended (like when you get caught using VCC to verify) or is it safe to use these services to withdraw my PP (Euro) balance?

Transferwise - ok
N26 - ok

PP might freeze account and demand Verification of ID+Statement, just provide it and you are good )

There are some EU countries that don't use the Euro, including the UK(for now)

Off the top of my head

Poland
Czechia
Romania
Bulgaria
Sweden
Hungary

Latvia changed to the Euro not so long ago, despite being in the EU for a long time. I think Romania and Bulgaria could well follow suit in the not too distant future.

Why not looking at TransferWise? They provide Belgium bank account SEPA enabled.

Greece did not meet the admission criteria for admission into the Euro monetary union back in the day. They cooked the books. This became pretty obvious a little while down the road, but Germany graciously saved the day for them.

If you are in DE as your Flag suggests, you can walk into a post office and get that sorted. It will set you back 7 Euros in transfer charges though.

You could also use RIA. Their agents are scattered all over the major cities. You can pay cash.
