Can stealth paypal help with payment limit?
 

I am from Hong Kong and I sell online.
I use sales proceeds received in paypal to directly pay for purchases via paypal.
And I DON'T transfer the balance to my bank account.

Paypal recently told me that I paid too much using the paypal balance (over the yearly limit, actually it is just around USD3200) and asked for ID verification.

I am pretty sure that it is related to the OECD CRS requirement. I am not doing ID verification and I foresee my paypal account is going to be further limited.

My problem is, I still want to sell and make purchase using Paypal.
Can a stealth paypal account help?? Two major questions:
1. Will Paypal impose payment limit on the stealth account? Anyway to overcome this?
2. If I make online purchases using the stealth paypal account, I need the physical item to be delivered to my real address. Will it alert Paypal and make it associate me with the old account?
