Payments on US
Hello Guys,
I have a question regarding the Debit card payment on sites like sears, Kmart and etc.
I have Spain bank account and tired to face issues with unsuccessful payment procedure in US retail market places. =} How do you solve this problem? I tried Overstock, Sears, Kmart, they accepting my payments but after 3-4 hours they are sending a message of payment failure. What billing addresses you are using if it's not listed in the retail marketplace? Maybe i should open a bank account in US or virtual card?
