Stealth PayPal question

Hey

I want to start a stealth PayPal and eBay account with a new phone I got and a new SIM card and number and new ISP,

Do I need to worry about my IP address since I’m using a new mobile internet provider on my new phone

And I’m gonna be logging in from my house where I got Limited, or do I need to go to a different location anytime I want to login to PayPal since I’m using another internet provider would I be safe?

New ISP is fine for one account. Just create a new Windows user account. If you create more you need to track IPs in excel spreadsheet.

You mean every login need to write down the IP in excel and then check the next time I login?
