Can't add PAYPAL to EBAY listing
 

Trying to list my first listing to pretty new Ebay account (have tested 4 ebay accounts) , the message error:
"There seems to be a problem with this offer.
It appears that there is no active PayPal account for the e-mail address you entered.

Please check the e-mail address you entered:

- If you make a mistake, update the address now.
- If you have not mistyped, please create a new PayPal account for the email address to complete the creation of this offer.
** https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/
- Please make sure you use your primary PayPal email address. {E61652-978408x}"

I am pretty sure the PAYPAL email address was right.

Any ideaa?

How to fix it? Ebay support can't help out.

Please post some kind of warning paypal link message before posting a link to paypal - just fyi.

Have you check the status of that pp? Like...are you able to log in and not limited?

I saw that other post and I wasn't sure about the pp status but what parsiernque said about listing with new pp on .de platform seems true - that's crazy :(

The problem is that the paypal account was already used in another ebay account.

Maybe if you add another email to the paypal account, could work. I still don't try it.

The safest way is to use a paypal account never used in ebay before.

It's nothing to do with that, it's possibe to re-use Paypals

The Op should check whether he has verified the email on the paypal

i have the same problem and used a different pp that i have used for ebay before

pp got accepted for the listing but ofcourse i got banned on ebay after a few hours cause the pp acc had bad history

so problem is on ebays side


did you guys tried it with vcc verified pp accounts, might be the reason?

some ppl say unmark the direct payment is needed

Have the same trouble... Still trying to find the solution... Nothing.
I tried it with verified US pp... Did not work. The trouble is only with ebay.de if you would try to create listing on ebay.com with same eBay and same pp on listing - everything is okay... But, I need to do it on ebay.de

same problem here on all my eBay.de accounts since 01.09.19.

so we have serious problems here!

i have the same problem on ebay.de .. on other ebays works fine but not on ebay .de :(((((

Seems like a new problem with ebay nowadays
