Withdrawing after 180 days without US bank account

Hi guys. The 180 day paypal limitation on my account is ending in about 1 month. So will I be allowed to add my local bank account or mpesa(a mobile wallet which I had already connected to paypal before the limitation) in order to withdraw my money?

Actually you can ask them to resend to other paypal account but only after verification. I did this before and all was good.
