eBay.de VAT ID
 

As of today every listing on every ebay account that i have got removed because i didnt register my VAT ID. Now the question is, how do i continue to sell in germany without VAT ID? Is there any way to do it as i have seen sellers on ebay.de that dont include Vat % in their listing.

They're selling from germany. What i understood from the message i got from ebay, international listings will not appear on ebay.de.

Could you please share the email from eBay ?

You probably made business accounts with German info, name and address.

My accounts are all italian(all info italian) and this is the messages i got from ebay

Your item location is in Germany and you have total German turnover of 100,000 euros per year across all sales channels ?

Who is liable for VAT in Germany?

According to the new legislation, VAT must be paid by all sellers, regardless of the type of account (individual or company), as well as the local eBay website on which the listings are posted (for example, ebay.de, ebay.fr, etc.) if they meet one of the following criteria:

- you are a seller established in Germany;
- you are selling goods that are warehoused in Germany;
- you ship goods to private individuals in Germany from a foreign EU country where the goods are stored or delivered in advance. This applies for a total German turnover of 100,000 euros per year across all sales channels.

In cases of doubt, we recommend that you contact a tax adviser (to do this, you can consult the official tax adviser directory [amtliches Steuerberaterverzeichnis] or the nationwide tax adviser search engine, which are both available on the website of the federal association of tax advisers in Germany [Bundesteuerberaterkammer], www.bstbk.de).

Did you locate your item in Germany or turnover 100 000 euros?

Nope my items are located elsewhere but within EU, also no 100.00€ turnover. I dont know how but i can sell with 2 of my accounts in germany but with others not. Same procedure is followed by all my accounts. There must be something im missing.

So far I am good with other EU located accounts that listing on EBAY.DE
