i have bought the Stealth Book
can someone help me to create a german account ( i don't live in germany)
how can i have a german number , wich vcc shoud i link to the account
should i use a rdp ?

VCC - check sellers here, https://www.aspkin.com/forums/account-services/ ask them if their VCC can work with DE Paypal accounts
Do not use RDP - use Residential IP proxies instead - I have seen some reliable 4G mobile proxies offering German IPs.

You can only have the private account if you are not registered your VAT in Germany.

For all German business accounts, you must have to upload the valid VAT papers, otherwise EBAY will block or limit your selling activities.

However, you can create private account , and the selling allowance is: 500pcs/5000euros and each listing you can sell max.9 pcs. So if you sell small quntity, it is good to go.

You can create other EU accounts and become as a business seller in EBAY.DE site. So you can list as many quantity as you want per listing. However, the turnover must be less than 100 000eurs a year. Otherwise you have to upload the VAT paper as well.
