Ebay temporary restricted my account
 

Hello, i got mail form ebay titled ‚your eBay account is temporarily restricted while we verifity your information’.
They sent me link to concact with them.. its about selling limit on my account. I wrote to them but im affriad that they blocked my account. Anybody know What should i do ? :shocked:

Don't be shocked. It is getting more and more common to be blocked while opening new EBAY accounts at the beginning1

hey, i have encountered that problem. its easy to resolve. You will need to click the link and ring customer services, all they ask you is simple questions, like what will you sell and how will you post them. To me it wasnt anything major, after i told them, they reinstated my account instantly.Yes its getting common to restrict accounts but its just to verify.

if this is a fresh acc, then its normal for this to happen. happening more and more as of late!!!

All they ask for is literally what he explained, what will you sell, where do you get the items that you sell, etc.

I have also the same problem... using new IP, new name and address, new phone number... with first selling - account is suspended

i have a few accounts received this restriction, very easy to solve but all of them were suspended after a few days.

anyone encounter the same situation?
