How to withdraw money after 180 days hold in this situation
I have a stealth account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identity and money hold in it for 180 days
it's linked with VCC so i won't be able to withdraw money to it .
I have no possibility to link a bank account from morocco.
My question is will i be able to link a new debit card to withdraw money in after 180 days .
Or My Money is simply lost ?

who issued your debit card?
and where are you?

He's in Morocco and I'm guessing it's a USA account.

Seems like Paypal UK has moved their business to Thailand now.

For about a year when I want to withdraw from a stealth PayPal that's over 180 days I need to provide docs then money gets released no matter the outcome.

What are they asking for in the limitation?

You will need that US bank account to withdraw when time is up - how much you got locked in there?

if you have a VISA debit card ISSUED BY A bank which is a member of VISA Europe,it may work??
