French business paypal account suspended, what solutions?

i found your great forum and i'm wondering if you could share your knowledge with me.

Here is the situation :
i'm french, i have a french ebay account which is fine (+800 feedbacks) and works fine (when people can pay..) i have a french paypal business account which has been closed because (this is a supposition because their story isn't clear) i opened too many cases again sellers on another account which was on my gf name

I would like to get my business back and keep my ebay account.
How can i do?

if i ask my internet provider to change my ip address, create a new bank account and a new cc would it be ok?

When i create a new business paypal account they are asking for the name of the company and a contact name, can i fill in mine again?
i don't remember what kind of paper they are asking to lift up the payment limits.. i earn on this account about 35000€ a year

if Paypal suspended your account because you use your GF account to file disputes,then the two are linked,what happens to her account?

all our accounts have been limited, i emailed French CEO, West Europe Ceo and escalade paypal service, no way, they don't want to let free at least my professionnal account..

stealth yes.. i didn't want at first but i think it is the only way..

so:
- new ip
- new bank account and cc
- new email and paypal account
- i chose business account, fill in a commercial contact whatever the name
- i confirm my bank account
- i don't pay ebay fees with this paypal account

and i'm all good?

I will use my other friend's info to create another new account, as paypal will request photo id when you start selling.

actually i'm testing right now.. to better understand the problems i may encounter with french paypal

i created a personnal account from phone (dynamic ip then), created and right after asking for bank account and id verification

i created another, business one from computer with another ip, 2 days still there asking nothing..

i wanted confirmations, i read the things about the alias but didn't get it fine..

if my full name is
first name benoit (peter eric first names of my grand dads which in france appears on ID)
last name dupont

can i use benoît dupont?
benoit peter dupont
benoit peter eric dupont
benoit eric dupont
..

without risk to get caught?

What category of sales? I'm trying to understand if you're selling high risk stuff - that does impact the health of the account

decoration, antiquities, average price arround $100
my ebay shop is fine for now 4 or 5 years, before that i was selling clothes, this account is 8 years old

I succeeded to create 2 stealth accounts few month ago, i found here a website to generate ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id card but i can't find it anymore...

can you help? for french id
