Suspended - Do I still fulfill orders?

Hi, I just got suspended from eBay with no reason given. Account was just over a month old. My Paypal is still fine.

My biggest concerns at the moment - I have several orders that I was going to ship today and I have 21 day holds on all of them. Is the money in PayPal still going to be released to me and should I send the customer their item?

Turns out my account got linked to another account that was suspended for overdue payment (I hadn't paid in months)

Chat also seemed to know I was using a VPN since they asked if I was, even though it's a dedicated Residential IP running in a virtual machine. Maybe they were just asking though..

They said that if I paid the overdue bill on the other account that both accounts would be reactivated. I'm not sure if I believe them, thoughts?
