HK eBay or US eBay
 

I am from Hong Kong.
My personal eBay account has been suspended without any reason. I called and was told that I cannot appeal. I opened some accounts with dynamic IP but were suspended as soon as I listed an item.
I am thinking about buying the guide and a US eBay account, also. But, is it safe to use US account while I am staying in Hong Kong? Is it possible to ship items from Hong Kong with US account? Also, how can I receive the money from US PayPal account?

yes it is possible to use us account while staying in hong kong you need to use an usa ip however.

I've used my eBay Account in foreign IPs. nothing happened.

you dont want a US Paypal account as Paypal would want your SSN etc to spend and spent your Paypal balance,else your only opyion is to transfer it to a US bank account.
You can sell on Ebay USA and link a HK Paypal account.with your HK eBAY account

I'd second that. OP, if you haven't had any issues with selling from HK in general, your best bet is to browse the forum extensively, learn how to create stealth accounts and slowly build up a few HK accounts for yourself following the best current practices.

If you know how to search, pretty much every step of the process is explained in great detail. If you buy accounts from the sellers, make sure you read their recent reviews as well. A few have managed to keep providing a great service throughout the years while most have recent a lot of negative reviews lately.

And if you decide to buy accounts, make sure you figure out a secure and cost efficient IP solution as well as a way to cash out. Someone can correct me but from what I've read an unverified US pp without a way to withdraw is currently useless.
