Paypal will limited if used Proxy

Hi
I Want make new stealth Ebay and Paypal in my country.
Has guided stealth book in this forum.
Why when make new paypal in my country, Indonesia, and used Proxy Indonesia, paypal will limited my account.
I have succeed when not used proxy, used Mifi hotspot ti make new Paypal.
Its OK when I've planned used proxy just for stealth new Ebay but when Paypal not used Proxy?
Thanks for any advise.

Proxies are generally bad news for Paypal

Did you make/receive any transactions before you got limited?

I use always vpn (same vpn ip) and when i move to another country somehow they notice that i am in another country too.

i have a feeling VPNs arent really that effective on paypal. and they will pretty much discover you also on ebay

VPN and proxies are easy to detect. You can use site like browserleaks or whoer to check if your setup is clean.
