Hello there,
I've had someone (not from this forum) sell me a Philippines ebay account,
although im in US. Now I'm stuck with it and not sure what to do. Please advise..?

Yes I did !

After I received 2 ebay accounts, I logged in, in one of them. He told me when I edit the adress it will turn into a "german account"

How ever...after I add a german phone number to get verified, I got banned !!

I used a fresh IP from IP Burger

I talk to him, and he said he will make 2 new accounts including paypal account, and will do all I need for me, VPN, IP, Proxy and so on.

This is about 2 weeks ago, and he is not answering any of my messages anymire, whatsapp,Skype,telegram ,youtube...no reply

of course I paid for the accounts before :-/ !

Hope you will come to a better end with him

He is a scammer, all the good reviews on his youtube account are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, and made from fresh youtube accounts. He gave me an email address which didnt even come with a password and wasnt responding to me. When i told him I cant use this account since im in US, he told me i can sell the account for 3x more. I don't know what we can do to stop him from scamming people.

All we can do is to warn people on youtube ..:help:

he really seemed to be legit, and a good guy. And he always replies every message. But now no answers anymore. My money is gone for sure:noidea:

Once he has your money, he will dissapear. How much did he charge you
for each account and how did you pay? He told me it will take him 30 minutes to deliver me an account and then just stopped responding to me. After couple days he blamed on his wifi not working, although he was always online. He also offered to sell a paypal account for 1K.

I paid 100 by BTC for an ebay account, after he was sick a few days, he gave me one account for free.

the last time I paid 200eur for another ebay acc including paypal with VCC, and he will edit everything for me I need, blah,blah:nono:

Thats right, he was always online, was using 2 diffrent whatsapp numbers.

How ever..now I know it, and will only buy new accounts from here...

WTF 1K for one paypal account ?!

It was $250 by BTC. Have you tried opening a dispute?
That's right 1k that guy is crazy lol. He said its aged. Like.. who would pay that?!
After he sent me the login info, he gave me a link to sign up for to use proxi from UK
that costs $500-1000 a month! Also he gave me 3 emails. When i tried to login to the email,
It said i need to login to the recovery email first. Then i realised he didnt even give me a password to recovery email. When i asked him, he started ignoring me.

I have just read the emai he sent to me, after I paid the first accounts. And I could see that he also offered an "very old paypal.com account" with like 100K sales history, for 1000eur :-D

dispute on BTC ? I didnt know that this is possible at all !? :noidea:

I heard that it can be a little difficult to get the money back but not impossible... i don't think it would hurt to try?

The former account seller "Play" in this forum cheated me over 1000gbp for selling the accounts. But he disappeared forever. Be careful.

Hm makes me wonder if that's the same guy. On his youtube channel, he tells people not to buy accounts from this forum.

I read something about how to get back a BTC transaction, and seemd that is not working ! Once a transaction is done, its over

he has the same name like one of here safe and verified sellers on the forum

this seller here on his page said he has nothing to do with him, he is not this person, he only do email, or skype..NO youtube videos, whatsapp or whatever

it was weired, because one of the links in his messages went excatly to this seller here, but its wrong !

the scammer told me (after I asked him, if he is this guy from the forum,or not)

that he cant say anything bad about this forums seller, he is even thankful because so he get much business, cause people think its the same guy :-D

well, but this was everything after I already paid, and trusted this guy

it seems he is one of two , either he is really stupid and once he fail he dont know what to do or how to fix things , or he is just a business man who dont know nothing about technicals and just resale what he buy from the filipino guys , i think i saw his youtube before , you're right about he dont look like a scammer , but i think he is stupid ,
any way , better not buy anything outside of this forum , its much safer here

or maybe its just a filipino who can create accs for free?

you have to be careful there are alot of imposters, always verify through forum message

& you cannot just change the country that easy

better learn how to create a stealth on your own or buy a cheap uk account, which you can on sites like mpgh for a few bucks...

of course you can not change the country. Thats why I asked for an german account. After I saw that ist from the Phillippines, he answered to me ,by changing the adress and os on, it will turn into "german account" You can do it olny once...however, my money is gone, after I add the german phone number, I got suspended without listing any items ! I have got a second account from him, but havent logged in yet.

I am gonna buy accounts from safe sellers in this forum

As for me, yes. Never knew anything about stealth accounts until ebay put restrictions on my account and I was searching on google how to restore my account, and came across the stealth info.

Philipnes accounts are completly fine. they have no limits and do not require an automatic payment method.

But why someone would be so dumb to pay for it is a question for me..

Have you used that account? If you plan on using it, make sure to change the info and add verifications etc so he doesnt have access to it.
