Cant add a bank account after 180 days
 

Hello everyone,my paypal got limited and after 6 months They asked me for my ud and bank statement to withdraw,they got approved but I'm still not able to withdraw,They told me to clear cookies and try again,different device etc which I have already tried,is there anything else I can do? I got limited in the past but I could just add a bank account and withdraw right away

So you don't have a bank account already attached in the PP account?
Or do you actually have one in there already and you removed it?

Same problem here on many accounts. Any solution? PP wants me to send the funds to other account of friend or family member but that also dont work. After 180 days its not possible to add bank account. paypal stuff is worthless with this problem. received the message that the funds are free. Also its possible to withdraw the money to the vba whit which the accounts were created in the past - but problems is its VBA so not possible to receive the money.

Any solution here?

In the US you cannot send funds from a limited account, only withdraw to bank, credit/debit card or get check in mail.

I know this problem.
BEST would be to CALL Paypal customer service and they will allow you manually to add a new bank account.

Sometimes it works in incognito or in paypal app.

the only way is to call 'em again and again, sometimes pp's stuff agents are really stupid and useless, but other day you can be more lucky. Ask them to link bank manually in case if they don't have any requirements to you (ids or other).
