Is it safe to use my Ebay account whose connected Paypal got suspended

I have ebay account that is still opened but the Paypal it is connected to has got permanently suspended due to some AUP violation. Is it safe to use that ebay account with another Paypal account?

Ppl have reported decent success with using a new pp with that kind of ebay account - there is an inherent link generated to the old pp account but this method can work for a while - exactly how long is never 100% known so choice is yours to do
