PayPal account baned
 

So i had a business canada account which i used for like 2-3 monthes
Only got it Cc verified. So like 7 days ago i received a letter
From paypal asking me to provide proof of addres and the utility
Bill or statement thing, So i didnt do anything for some days
Then i dont remember correctly what happened, i thinki have changed my ip adressand cleared cookies which then caused me to not being able to login into the account saying "Sorry we couldnt confirm its you" so i created a new account for support and i had like 12 messages between me and the support center, they never said anything about my account activity, then boom my new account got banned + all the messages removed, then when i finally could access my other PayPal account it had also got banned... i dont remember the exact reason but it was due to recent account activity we cant offer you paypal services anymore.
My question is there anyway to remove it lol ? i never had negative balance or any issues so i have no idea why this happened. Its already my second time gettimg banned. My first time was on my personal account for trying to dupe $60.

Paypal could limit or ban that account for undetermined reasons as well. It's murky as to what rights you have to force the company to immediately return your money. And remember — as PayPal itself points out the FDIC does not insure those balances. PayPal is not a bank and it is not insured by the FDIC
