Do you have any good ideas on how to warm up PayPal in the UK or escape the 21-day audit?

You can have small, safe transaction for a start, but I don't think its a good idea to rush or push it.

If you do, you might get hit with doc request and lose your account.
Just take it slowly.

The only way is receiving amounts then making sends to trusted accounts. You should to make good reputation in the eyes pp by making some nice history. Try it.
