I have been selling in-game items and most of my payments were friends and family on my personal account. I was limited two times but I managed to solve limitation by uploading documents. Third time I was permanently limited. Then I created account on family members name and after few days account got banned even tho I had 2 friends and family payments and 6-7 goods and services. Any recommendations what should I do now? I really don't want to quit PayPal, I heard that PayPal checks with ip Mac address so does that mean I can create new PayPal using virtual machine?

Will I trigger review of my account if I accept too many friends and family payments, how much money per week is safe to accept. Also I heard that PayPal checks Mac address so should I use virtual machine?

Stop doing the friends and family payment model.

Don't use family members info and screw up their names in the system as well - learn stealth and operate accordingly.

MAC address still remains a myth but changing browsers and new user accounts for stealth accounts is a good start.
