I am looking for an account to be able to sell professionally in Italy
 

hi, I'm simone ... I own a business in Italy, I deal with used pc sales on ebay ... unfortunately 2 days ago I received the news that my main account with more than 360FB has been banned forever from ebay, the all for a stupid shop assistant in 2013, the year in which I always opened an account in my name forgetting to pay 10/15 euros to ebay ... I was 18 and I said to myself `` so much, I'll reopen another one in case I need to `` I completely forgot about the matter, and now 7 years later ... after changing the account holder from my father to me, I found myself banned in 24 hours ... needless to say I'm broken, ebay for me it was really a big income and now either I find a solution to start again or I will have to close ... I ask if you can kindly give me a hand, I would need an account to sell professionally, and that will ensure me some peace of mind also for the future. .. thanks, I await your reply.

Stealth works fine. You can build back an account your own following rules and stealth guide or yo ucna get a ready made one by purchesing it.

Get started by learning the ropes. Get the stealth guide and learn how to open your own accts.
If you feel the need to buy an acct later on you can do so as well (although I don't know too many selling Italian accts…)
And watch your back for scammers that will try to take you for a ride now that they know what it is youre looking for.

from what I understand it would be enough for me to buy a UK account and then be able to easily sell in Italy, but my question is another ... it being understood that I can get an account like that, I would also need, in addition to an ebay account / paypall in the name of the same person also a bank account to be linked due to the new rules that will come into effect in March if I remember correctly ... anyone would be able to provide me with such an account?

What is it in March you are talking about? Managed Payment? Not all will be invited.
