German Paypal account creation and cashing out

Hello,

im new with the whole Paypal account creation and stuff like that.
What i would like to learn is, what is the best way to create a German Paypal account where i can receive Payments that are send to me via Friends and Family Transactions ? and what would be the best way to cash it out ?

Maybe somebody trusted has a good guide ?

If you're looking to make an account purely to receive F&F payments then don't expect it to last very long,have documents ready. The best way to cash out any PayPal is to your bank.

The question is what you want to achieve? Semi stealth or full stealth?

Semi stealth would mean, you could create Paypal accounts on a random name + your last name and just use freshly created bank accounts in your name. German banks usually don't check for mismatching names. Then you can cash out easily.

Full stealth would mean you need someone who can cashout your Paypal funds, check services here at the forum or at Paxful/Localbitcoins. Or you would buy a "nominee" service who create the bank account for you. And then you would also attach an crypto exchanger to that bank account, so you could cashout into crypto and then do whatever you want.

For full stealth verifying you could buy "Virtual Bank Accounts" from some creative services (not available here at the forum). An example: I used to open Payoneer accounts just to get a German IBAN for Paypal verification (it's not possible anymore though because Payoneer doesn't offer EU IBANs anymore, Wirecard issue ).

Paypal Germany will ask you for documents at some point, be ready to provide it by using creative services.

how does attaching bank account to crypto exchange works,most crypto exchanges requires same name as of the account holder
