Creating a buyer US ebay stealth account from another country
 

Hello.
I'm not a US citizen and can't buy most items on ebay from my country South Africa, even when the seller offers global shipping, I run into a restriction notice and cant bid on the items.

My solution was to open a new stealth US account to bid and buy items and have them shipped to a friend(US address) who lives in the USA. My friend will then courier the items to me in South Africa. Sounded easy in my head, but ran into the following problems.

How do I pay for the items if I cant use my South African debit card, because it will give me the same restrictions and my account run the risk of being suspended.

I also don't want to buy a US seller stealth account, since I only want to use the account to buy/Bid on eBay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just open and fill with money systems like payoneer or wise.com . It should solve problem
